We are currently looking for:
Ace People Head chefs are highly experienced in managing a full team of busy chefs at venues large and small. You’ll need to be calm, have excellent communication skills and have a pride in your work. You will also need to be able to follow a client’s brief to produce the style and quality of food required. Full details of your experience and working history will be required, together with references and relevant health and safety certification.
Senior Sous Chefs
Ace People Sous Chefs have had experience in leading teams of up to 10 chefs providing delicious food for up to 400 covers. You will need to have excellent communications skills, be patient and motivational and be able to provide a full history of your work and experiences as well as suitable references, together with relevant health and safety certification. You must be flexible and able to adapt to any style of cuisine required by the client.
Junior Sous Chefs are also required
We are currently looking for experienced Pastry Chefs to join our team. You must be creative and technically talented and love nothing better than making the most delicious desserts and pastries. That together with a full working history, references and health and safety certification will be required.
Chef de Partie
All Chef de Partie who work for Ace People must have experience in leading a team of up to 4 chefs, providing meals for up to 400 covers. You will need to be able to work under pressure and motivate your team with clear and concise instructions. Full references and working history will be required, together with health and safety certification.
Kitchen Porters are required on many events and are very important members of the team. Their tasks include washing up, picking herbs and helping with vegetable preparation.
Commis Chefs are also required
